Laconic Description: A global restructuring of the world resulting from an occult war in the previous reality. Only 13 people kept their memories of the original universe, and they would later become the O5 Council. In a message to his successor, O5-13 reveals he doesn't remember the first timeline and lied so he could act as a tiebreaker vote so the Council would never be wholly divided on an issue.
