UIU File: 1933-001

Initial Report: UIU File: 1933-001

Summary: 1933-001 is the Depression era Gangster John Dillinger, who the UIU believe to be anomalous. His anomalous abilities, according to the UIU, are of extreme luck, evading law enforcement various times, as described in the "Bureau History" section of the report. In the "History" tab, it shows Dillinger outwitting UIU agents in gun fights and escaping every time. The report even uses Dillinger's famous 'wooden gun' trick as evidence of his anomalous luck.

Dillinger is eventually tracked down and killed after screaming that he is the "luckiest man in the world" in a Illinois theater.
