Joke: The joke is that this is based off of a Mad Libs-style writing, where a base story is provided with several places left blank. The document can only be accessed by filling out a "form" which asks for things such as nouns, verbs, your favorite color, etc. Once complete, the document opens in a separate window where you can read the article, with the blanks filled in with what you wrote for their appropriate place in the form.
