Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep it at Arctic Base Theta-12 with a security team of fifty people. A limited number of people should know about it. If there is a security breech of the base, detonate the hydrogen bomb.

Laconic Description: SCP-902 is an old ammo box that emits a ticking noise despite being empty. Anyone aware of it becomes incredibly paranoid, convinced that the ticking is a countdown to the release of something horribly dangerous.
