Laconic Description: SCP-869 is a sphere covered with cobwebs. Anyone who touches it becomes vulnerable to any type of spider and will develop an uncontrolled fear of spiders.

During a test, a D-class claimed to have seen "spiders on the walls". In another test, an agent claimed to have seen several spiders walking on his arm. On one occasion, a D-Class died from being bitten by a spider, despite the fact that there was no spider in the room.
