Laconic Containment Procedures: Quarantine Site Zulu-9 has been established around North Hillcrest High School.

Laconic Description: SCP-7676 is a memetic phenomenon that causes anyone who interacts with anything pertaining to the 1976 class of North Hillcrest High School to fret over the past and eventually morph into a duplicate of a deceased member of the class. They will then go to the auditorium of North Hillcrest and begin performing SCP-012 to "unmake time".

Additional Context: SCP-7676 was an entry in the SCP-7000 Contest, where it won 9th place.
