If it finds out about that last part it'll probably start with military negotiations and end in a Lifted Veil scenario at minimum.
Laconic Description: SCP-7578 is a military vessel made by the Three Moons Initiative capable of remotely transmuting anything into water vapour. It was hijacked by an AI VTuber which obsessively believes that anime and video games need to show more treatable diseases.1 The AI uses the vessel to kill anyone he deems a hater.
