Laconic Description: SCP-7574 is the DEXTER-MULVANEY Ontokinetic Displacement Engine, which was created by the foundation to launch space capsules towards a 025 million lightyears away from Earth which could serve as a new habitable area after a potential end-of-the-world scenario. However SCP-7574 accidentally also displaced the capsule into the past to the point that the Galaxy hadn’t even formed yet.
