SCP-713

Item #: SCP-713

Object Class: Safe

Laconic Containment Procedures: Store SCP-713 in a safe locker and don't plug it in unless you're using it.

Laconic Description: SCP-713 is an old Windows 95 computer with quirky hardware and no Internet connection. When you try to move the mouse off the edges of the screen, it works.

The cursor can pick real-world things up and move them. Software on the computer can affect the real world: you can type directly onto physical paper, copy-paste chairs (sort of), and Photoshop people's actual faces (which hurts). All the effects go away when you close the program, but you can bring them back if you saved the file. You can drag people and things into the computer, which lets you view and edit them as data files. You can also drag them into the Trash, but they don't remember much when you pull them out, and you'll damage them badly if you run any major disk cleanup while they're in there.

Once, this computer threw a Blue Screen of Death. It screwed up its whole Site and killed everyone there.
