Laconic Containment Procedures: A cover story about a cereal killer has been disseminated to the public.

Laconic Description: SCP-6979 is a disfigured woman wearing a surgical mask that manifests in Tokyo, Japan and asks people if they are pretty. If they say no they will be killed, and if they say yes they will be disfigured in the same way.

Additional Context: SCP-6979 is based on the Japanese urban legend of the Kuchisake-onna.
