Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-6699 is currently installed at the GOTTFRIED Applied Metaphysics Laboratory at Site-83. The current "cartographer" and "navigator" are to be kept attached to SCP-6699.
Laconic Description: SCP-6699 is a machine created by the foundation that is able to map the collective unconscious of humanity. This is done by hooking up someone to the machine, called the "cartographer", and having someone traverse their mind, called the "navigator".
The foundation also wanted to alter the collective unconscious, so they founded Project MORNING BELL and used a Daevite woman that they found frozen beneath a Siberian lake. Through this they implemented Project DRAWN VEIL, which imposed a standard definition of normalcy into the collective unconscious.
Additional Context: SCP-6699 was an entry in the SCP-6000 Contest, where it won 28th place.
