Laconic Description: SCP-636 is a maintenance elevator in a hotel, accessed by a magnetic card key. When used, it descends to a third sub-basement where all contents disappear. Attempts to explore the shaft reveal nothing. SCP-636 autonomously descends periodically and returns with anomalous items or individuals, including disassembled equipment, human eyeballs, shredded fabric soaked in unidentified blood, and a distressed individual who disappeared upon reentry.
