Laconic Description: SCP-6271 is a series of windmills in Middle Creek, Colorado labelled as "HARBINGER AVERSION MEASURE" that are connected to the dreams of the town. They have stopped working, causing a deep fog to blanket the town and put everyone in a coma.

Additional Context: SCP-6271 is a part of Harbinger II, a series of extremely vague SCPs that starts at SCP-6270 and ends at SCP-6279.
