Laconic Description: SCP-5949 is a messaging/social media web-site that was made by the Foundation to help Class-E personnel who have succumbed to specific, psychological cyber-anomalous threats.

The majority of Foundation personnel who have used SCP-5949 are more happy and are less open to stress during and after using SCP-5949.

Users report feelings of immersion and realism when using the website. Personnel have said that using SCP-5949 reminded them of "virtual reality," or "seeing into another dimension."
