Laconic Containment Procedures: The remains of SCP-5739 are stored in cryostasis at Site-73.

Laconic Description: SCP-5739 is an entity shaped like an elephant head and formed from human epidermises. The entity is capable of killing through an unknown method, and will leave behind bits of flesh with poetry written over it. SCP-5739 randomly neutralised itself, leaving behind large amounts of flesh and several poems.

Additional Context: The first letters of each of SCP-5739's poems collectively spell "RUN AWAY EMILY, CAN YOU HEAR ME, IT TOOK THEIR SKIN, LET US DIE, WHAT HAVE WE DONE, GOODBYE".
