Laconic Containment Procedures: All roads to SCP-5689 have been cordoned off, and two armed guard are to be stationed there at all times.

Laconic Description: SCP-5689 is a farmhouse near Edmonton, Canada with a faded placard reading "Of Abnor" (Department of Abnormalities). No plantlife is able to grow in the area around SCP-5689.

There are five rooms within SCP-5689, two of which contains one object that causes a person to experience what happened in this location. Another two of the rooms were previously used for experiments using SCP-999. The fifth room contains a sealed attic entrance that regularly drops malformed pseudopods that die almost instantly.
