Laconic Description: SCP-5541 is (correct me if I’m wrong) an inevitable temporal event that occurs across all timelines. It causes a major containment breach, the collapse of the veil, the persecution of all foundation agents, and the eventual merger of all effected timelines into a single, chaotically-composited timeline.
