Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-530 is allowed to move around the lower levels of the site and interact with SCP-529. He is to be fed only his approved dog food and rewarded treats during testing.

Laconic Description: SCP-530 small dog named "Carl", who's physical features change each day. Usually his height, weight and length changes, and his fur shifts across different hues and colors. Occasionally, extra body parts come and go; only a third eye on the top of his head has stayed consistent.
