Laconic Description: SCP-5297 is a 197-page document discovered in an accidentally abandoned rucksack created by a "Department of Foundations" containing a detailed and comprehensive report of everything within the Foundation. This includes deeply personal information of crucial personnel, including the members of the O5 Council.
This information resulted in heavy conflict within the O5 Council, and all members voluntarily submitted to amnestic therapy to remove memories of the document. The document was traced to Michael Bell, who studied pre-Law at American University. After he was apprehended, an unknown female called O5-3 from the municipal government of Fairfax, Virginia, explained some details which led to the O5 Council discontinuing the investigation of the SCP.
