Laconic Containment Procedures: Have a bot wipe mentions of it from the internet and continue developing antimemes to suppress it.

Laconic Description: A Japanese movie called 血の涙 ("Tears of Blood") that doesn't actually exist but memories of it will spontaneously appear in people's minds. The movie is described as an "escape the murderer"-type horror film with underlying themes about the role of beauty in society.

While some aspects of the movie and audience's reaction vary from different people's memories, some details such as audience members echoing the protagonist's lines, moaning, and wearing medical face masks are generally shared between reported experiences. After the movie strange things such as spontaneous red puddles on the floor and an intense feeling of unwelcomeness will drive the viewer to leave the theater, and that will be the end of the memory.
