Laconic Description: SCP-5030 is a memetic phenomenon where employees at Site-34 will gain memories of a researcher named Andrés Bolívar saving them during a containment breach.

The foundation discovers that the real Andrés Bolívar is a D-Class who seems to be accidentally creating these memories through his latent abilities.
