SCP-502

Item #: SCP-502

Object Class: Safe

Laconic Containment Procedures: Object must be kept in a keypad-locked fireproof cabinet and its key code must be changed every two weeks. Only Senior medical staff and three site personnel with at least Level 3 clearance may know the key code.

Laconic Description: SCP-502 is an off-white cardboard container with a removable lid. If a name of an organ is written on the lid, this SCP changes its shape into that of the organ written on the lid and when implanted into a living human in the appropriate place in the human body, it will function as a perfectly healthy organ that it is mimicking.

After several tests with the SCP, it is decided by an O5 Council Member that this SCP would be useful to keep certain people alive, particularly site directors and people who can assist in SCP related information gathering or containment, the latter of which should be terminated immediately after they are of no further use and the SCP is extracted and returned to storage.
