Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-4996 is to be kept in a containment cell fortified by thaumaturgic glyphs.

Laconic Description: SCP-4996 is a friendly demon that will attempt to make demonic deals with anyone nearby. These deals will always come true, but with an unexpected consequence. They were formerly used by a cult called the Watchers of Purgatory.
