Laconic Containment Procedures: A House-Nicolas Theoplanar Vacuum Unit has been installed at the top of the Luxor Hotel & Casino, designated Site-666, to contain SCP-4661. Pluto agreed to back off for the most part after Agent Randall House beat him in a game of blackjack.

Laconic Description: SCP-4661 is an area where the city of Las Vegas overlaps with Hell and all sinful acts will be intensified when the anomaly is active.

Additional Context: SCP-4661 was created when Satan increased the tax rates for gambling, so Pluto and a bunch of other greed demons decided to go somewhere else.
