Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep turned off in locker. No testing is allowed.

Laconic Description: A thermostat with buttons that change the weather. Area of effect is 457 m². If SCP-459 is laid on a flat surface, it will begin to display anomalous traits, such as "Hot/cold is normal" or various other messages. When "hot is normal" is displayed, the temperature will rise to 3000 degrees celsius. The inverse will happen when "Cold is normal" is displayed. Individuals will not report feeling different, or feeling anything but room temperature, even whilst freezing solid or melting.
