Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-4553's political campaign is to be sabotaged wherever possible, but because of his already public presence he is not able to be physically contained at this time.
Laconic Description: SCP-4553 is a humanoid figure made out of worms, which no one seems to mind. SCP-4553, Bob Shepherd, is running for the office of the 3rd Congressional District of Nebraska under the Independent party, even though the district is a historically Republican district. He is winning by a landslide. It is hypothesized that his political pull is because of another anomalous ability, but this is unproven.
All of the Foundation's disinformation campaigns have been centered around the fact he is a mass of worms, which the Nebraska public reject as racist and bigoted.
