Laconic Description: SCP-4322 is a radio which emits psionic waves instead of radio waves. The energy it gives of passes through matter but is hard to detect. It was modified to be able to broadcast globally, and is constantly playing relaxing or informative music, movies, or art.

Additional Context: This takes place in the End of Death canon. The weak psychic energy can only be seen by disembodied, immortal brains.
