Laconic Containment Procedures: The foundation is to use all methods to keep SCP-4199 alive, including SCP-006, SCP-427, SCP-545, SCP-590, and the ritual from SCP-2718.

Laconic Description: SCP-4199 is a group of people all named Joe Williams who work for the foundation. An instance of SCP-4199 will inevitably be hired as an employee at any and all foundation facilities and generate a memetic effect that prevents people from realising their anomalous. Apparently they were all created by The Factory to infiltrate the foundation.

Additional Context: SCP-4199 was an entry in the SCP-4000 Contest, where it won 59th place.
