Laconic Description: SCP-4182 is a phenomenon that inserts mentions of the non-existent Site-5 into foundation documents.

Their is also a building that all foundation personnel will identify as Site-5, located on an artificial island near Japan. It contains an immense amount of rotting human corpses.
