SCP-4057

Item #: SCP-4057

Object Class: Changes several times from iteration to iteration in the article, beginning with Euclid, then Keter, then "Safe Euclid Keter Apollyon," then Euclid again.

Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-4057 is no longer considered anomalous.

Laconic Description: SCP-4057 is Marie Williamette, O5-7's daughter. Concerned for her daughter's safety, O5-7 has a memetic agent created and implanted in her daughter that makes everyone around Marie concerned for her safety. The meme ends up mutating and becoming contagious, infecting almost the entire world.

A counter-meme to kill the original meme is produced and distributed worldwide; the entire planet has their memories of the event wiped too, except the O5 Council. O5-7 is forced to resign following this, and O5-2 also resigns after realizing her own compassion might jeopardize the Foundation's interests. Marie Williamette herself is no longer an SCP since the original meme has been wiped out, and is reassigned to junior research.

Additional Context: SCP-4057 was an entry in the SCP-4000 Contest, where it won 10th place.
