Laconic Containment Procedures: The town of Sandwich, Illinois has been placed on lockdown by the foundation.

Laconic Description: SCP-4052 is a phenomenon occurring anytime a sandwich is created or purchased in the town of Sandwich, Illinois where a police officer with a loaf of bread for a head will appear and confiscate the sandwich because they don’t have a "sandwich license".

Eventually SCP-4052 escalated until the entire town was full of bread cops employed by the Sandwich Cataclysm Prevention Foundation.
