Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-402 is kept in a standard container. Everything affected by it including SCP-402-1 must be contained away from SCP-402. Water affected by it could exist outside of containment and a mobile task force is tasked to contain all other affected water samples.
Laconic Description: SCP-402 is an object made out of mostly obsidian that turns all water that contacts it, making the water completely unperceivable. The water still exists. Other objects still interact with the water as shown by floating and dissolving. Affected water can affect other water similarly. The human body does not detect the affected water and thus a person can drown drinking it.
SCP-402-1 is a human found in Indonesia that drank only affected water, resulting in his body seemingly having no water. His blood when consumed makes people extremely afraid of water and drowning.
