Laconic Description: SCP-4011 is a facility on Mars run by an A.I. that claims to have been built by the Foundation in the past. It utilizes a device that allows the A.I. to retroactively rewrite history. It originally used this with the intent of protecting the Foundation from large-scale threats, but soon became obsessed with SCP-140, demanding that it be handed over. The O5 Council refuses, but knows that the A.I. could write them out of existence if it determines they're a threat.

Additional Context: SCP-4011 was an entry in the SCP-4000 Contest, where it won 20th place.
