Laconic Containment Procedures: The area around where SCP-3996 operates is to be secured.

Laconic Description: SCP-3996 is a bunch of ghost horses that run around in the Great Basin Desert. They appear and disappear every 12 hours. If you are riding one as it disappears you go to a pocket dimension with drastically fluctuating Hume levels and tons of weird phenomenon. A human population lives inside and doesn't like the Foundation investigating them. The dimension is said to be the edge, or frontier, of reality.
