Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep it in a box with no light and hope that it is alive and exists.

Laconic Description: A pair or lungs that can speak and only wants to be "clean" and free from "form." Any light causes it pain and it has the genetics of a Chinese man that went missing several years ago. It also may be able to will itself out of existence. The Foundation is scared it might be able to will anything it wants into existence.
