Laconic Containment Procedures: Foundation agents placed inside the Canadian government are to monitor for any signs of the SCP and Foundation bots should be constantly scanning the internet for signs as well.

Laconic Description: SCP-3975 is a non-existent branch of the Canadian government dedicated to the Conservation of Oreos. It distributes pro-Oreo propaganda and disparages off-brand Oreos, such as Hydrox cookies. At one point the propaganda manifested as a mass-burning of off-brand cookies in several cities across Canada tended by mysterious entities know as SCP-3975-A.
