Laconic Containment Procedures: House some Foundation security guards in the watchtowers and don't let anyone go inside unless testing.

Laconic Description: An old prison complex located in Russia with only one entrance with a keypad. If you put in the wrong code you are teleported inside the prison, if you put in the correct code the doors open and you can go inside.

The inside is larger than the outside and houses a variety of anomalous humanoids referred to as SCP-3957-A through -E.
