Laconic Description: SCP-382 is an old baby carriage with a heavily injured infant that irregularly appears. People who look at the carriage want to begin holding it by the handlebar and during that time the person will degrade and the carriage and baby will regenerate in quality.

A sufficiently healthy person who was the first person to last more than 2 hours resulted in the infant presumably coming to life and causing havoc.
