Laconic Description: SCP-3790 is an abandoned subterranean facility labelled the "SCP Foundation Department of Abnormalities", of which the Foundation has no records. It has seven floors with cells housing creepy SCP-like entities and objects. The seventh floor exists but the elevator has been modified at some point to prevent access to it.
