Laconic Containment Procedures: Investigation of SCP-3256 are to be transferred to the foundation.

Laconic Description: SCP-3256 is a memetic phenomenon that can manifest in information about the Brockton Bay Binder, a cereal killer who wrapped his victims in spider webs. People infected by SCP-3256 will be compelled to perform copycat murders. Some of the people killed by SCP-3256 instances will have their bodies transformed into thousands of spiders.
