Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-3118 is to be kept in a secure locker

Laconic Description: SCP-3118 is a Baretta M9 pistol. When shot anywhere but the cranium, it acts as a normal gun. However, when shot at the cranium, SCP-3118-1 will materialize on the far side of the cranium on the bullet's path. SCP-3118-1 is a recreation of food that the subject had eaten for lunch.

The more the gun is used on the subject's cranium, food from the past eaten by the subject for lunch will materialize.

Additional Context: Subject undergoing SCP-3118-1 materialization has a 66% survival rate.
