Laconic Containment Procedures: Should be kept unloaded in a regular containment box and not used unless being tested with.

Laconic Description: A Nerf Gun and foam bullet (SCP-3108 and SCP-3108-1 respectively) that when shot at something turn the target into something seen as "worse" than it's current state to the shooter. A Coke can turns into Pepsi and a D-class turns into a Neanderthal or a 16 centry pencent.
