Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-307 is contained in a square stainless steel planter within a hydroponic growth chamber equipped with a remotely operated light and sprinkler. The sides will have retractable circular blades. The controls must be outside the containment cell and manned at all times.

Laconic Description: SCP-307 is an unknown species resembling a creeping vine. Unique attributes include its purple hue compared to the drag green of a non-anomalous specimen.

SCP-307 is carnivorous and shows intelligence; if a warm-blooded animal approaches it, it will grow around three vines and touch the animal. Contact causes immediate full-body paralysis upon the victim(s)
