Laconic Containment Procedures: SCP-3026 is to be kept in a standard human containment chamber with its active radius clearly denoted.

Laconic Description: SCP-3026 is an immobile child that will extend its arms and attempt to remove the brain of anyone who enters its radius. When it is in a dark area, it will scream a fear-inducing sound and rapidly attempt to reach the nearest light source.

Additional Context: SCP-3026 was found in an Are We Cool Yet? installation and they have no idea how it got there.
