Laconic Containment Procedures: There is no way to stop it from moving. Its host town is on a lockdown. Civilians living in it must be kept unaware.

Laconic Description: SCP-279 is a middle aged man that perpetually travels around the town of D███ unable to be stopped or react to anyone or anything. At 3am it disappears for 2 hours. If direct skin contact is made the person will disappear and very rarely reappear. Further research showed that SCP-297 is not a human but this information is withheld.

Additional Context: This person probably is a representation of an alien and people who disappear are abducted and researched.
