Laconic Description: SCP-2716 is a yellow windsock, a metal statuette of the Discovery located on the moon, and an industrial telescope located on Mars, all with "SPACE-TACULAR" written on them.

Their is a button on the inside of SCP-2716 that summons a blue-skinned alien in a spacesuit that gives instructions about SCP-2716 being an inter-galactic treasure hunt
