Laconic Containment Procedures: Foundation agents are to respond to any probable occurrences of SCP-2704.

Laconic Description: SCP-2704 is a rare phenomenon where everyone transforms into a giant cockroach if they are in an Central United States town with less than 400 residents and everyone in town is asleep at the time.

After SCP-2704 occurs, the cockroaches will destroy all their property and then fight each other, with the last surviving cockroach transforming back into a human.
