Laconic Description: SCP-2686 is a wizard named Nyperius who lives on the moon and wears blue robes. The area he lives in is a big circle with trees and a little house, which no one from the outside can enter. He hasn't actually done anything magical, but claims a lot of magical abilities. He says he has a cat named Commodore Buckles that brings him stuff.
When interviewed, he indicated that he couldn't actually do any magic, since he was on the moon and is powered by moonlight, of which there is none there.
Additional Context: The character is part of a setting used in the Origins SCP RP. He summons player characters to the moon and sends them on pointless quests. In the game, his cat is actually an ancient predatory magical beast that only exists for a few seconds at a time.
