Item #: SCP-2600-EX
Object Class: Explained
Laconic Containment Procedures: Blow up any SCP-2600-EX breeding grounds. Dead specimens must be brought in for research and any alive specimens found are to be contained. No containment procedures are needed.
Laconic Description: An anomalous species of trout that have fur covering most of their skin. :O It can transfer its fur to normal trout through unknown means. It's just a fungal infection. :(
The article has logs made by the director of research for this SCP which describe how hard it was to investigate, as it is non-anomalous. The director creates fake research papers so he can justify staying as a director, as he wished to "catch" the furred trout since he was young. He dynamites the breeding grounds when the Foundation starts to figure out what's going on. Eventually, the Foundation finds out and re-classifies the SCP as "Explained".
