Laconic Containment Procedures: Keep in full body restraint. Only take off for nutrition and hygiene purposes. Incapacitate if it makes any sudden movements. Suppress any news about name changes effected by it.

Laconic Description: It can change someone's name instantaneously and all relatives become aware of the new name. Subjects affected will be completely fine with the name, regardless of what it is. He can activate this ability by miming to do something violent to a person. It can understand English but never speaks. Will try to breach containment when given the chance.
